When I put a memory stick in my USB port, windows recognizes it, but no drive
letter will be given to it. So I cant acces my memory cards anymore.
I heard this was a problem with assigning a drive letter to a USB memory
stick, but I dont know where I should do it.

I've been using  a Western Digital Hard Drive with  firewire connection for
several months now.  Just recently, my PC fails to recognize the drive. Any

Ok, so I have a custom built computer that has always worked great
until today. Problem description is below. Here are the specs:

I had a previous external Western Digital hard drive which worked perfectly
on this system until the hard drive mechanism died.
I purchased a new external WD USB 250GB hard drive which has problems with

So I ad to re-instaull windows on my computer. The FX5500 was working great,
but when I started the computer after the re-install...it is acting like I
have second monitor hooked up, so I only see half of the desktop...and the
other half is missing.  Its on the phantom monitor!  ...
