I've got 3 partitions on my 250GB Maxtor HD (C: programs; D: + E: personal

I have a brand new computer that I just upgraded the memory in (2GB -
4GB). I installed it no prob and when I boot the computer everything
runs fine. I go into my BIOS and it recognizes all the memory installed
(4096 MB). When I go into my Windows XP Media Center Edition it only

I just got a new socket 939 AMD Giga-byte mo-bo (GA-K8NMF-9),NForce 4.
They have  a place on the mo-bo called F_PANEL (front panel jumper) when you
connect PW switch,HD led,reset etc.
Kinda like jumper pins in a corner...
Keyboard Elite 4 Bluetooth - special keys stopped working30 Oct 2006 01:11 GMT2
All my special keys have lost their function.  I've tried removing/adding
the KB in the Bluetooth Devices, uninstalling Intellitype 5.5/reinstalling.
Uninstalling the Bluetooth antenna/reinstalling.
They worked yesterday, all I've done in between was replace the batteries.

Hi all,  I use a cox cable modem for my internet connection.  It keeps
on timing out and shutting down on me.  It disconnects and goes
inactive, i have to turn the machine off and on again to get it
connected.  Are there any settings that would have it disconnect after

Is there any danger in using 20 pin plug from PSU to 24 pin mo-bo's socket?
Like overheating etc.(I have PCIe with NO extra power supply sockets) and I
plan to play modern 3D games.

My case's part where all the peripherals are connected in the back
(COM's,LTP's,USB's etc.) doesn't match my mo-bo design,so there's a small
metal plate that came with the mo-bo in a box.So I removed the case's part
and put the new plate instead.It fits,but there's no way to make ...

It's always been that one had to use jumpers on the Mo-bo to adjust a
CPU-FSB ratio (also heard that some used BIOS).Now on a new socket 939
mo-bo,I didn't find any of those...so...now it's history and just forget
about it ...or what?

I've a trouble. I've a PIV HT running on my XP PRO. Task manager reports
 two processor. ACPI Multiprocessor is installed.
But, when i run an heavy process (for example adobe premiere, flight
simulator x, ecc) Windows uses all processor 0 but nothing for processor  1.
