Can anyone help as I'm mystified!!
I have 3 HD's in my Intel based XP system with the boot drive installed in a
caddy. (I have a spare caddy with another drive for a backup and I use Ghost
to copy the drive image to the spare drive when I backup)

I just installed XP Pro in my HP Pavilion.
I did a full install after formatting my hard drive.
Now 1 out of every 3 or 4 times when I boot up, the mouse doesn't work.  If

I am running XP MCE with latest updates.
I have a BENQ Read/Write DVD drive.
Until last week I was able to succesfully back up data on this drive.

Have just bought new 'Neovo' monitor.  All games extend beyond screen and
cannot be played.  Sign in, exit icons are off screen.  Auto adjust button
does nothing.

I recently replaced my daughters power supply.  Before I replaced the
power supply everthing was working fine (except for the noise of the
fan bearings starting to go!!!).  I have replaced many power supplies
previously with no issues.

My USB 2.0 drive will show up in the device manager as a disk drive.  It will
not however show up in the disk management console.  The computer correctly
recognizes it as a mass storage device, but not as a physical drive.

I have a COMSTAR 74 Gb 3,5" usb external HD with 44 Gb of free space.
Strangely, when trying to copy a 6 Gb file from my computer to my external
disk, I get a Disk Full error telling me to delete some files and clean up
the disk.

First I am using a gateway laptop running on Windows XP.
I have an old piece of hardware/device which reads a data card.  (Both
