When I want to change cd's in either of my cd rom drives. it won't show the
contents of the new cd.  I've tried to refresh manually. It keeps showing

In Windows Explorer, whenever I right-click on ANY video file (AVI,
MPG, WMV etc) the screen goes black for a second or so and then comes
back allowing me to continue with my task.

A recent update is repeatedly installing itself on my laptop, and
