The EM64T is working on Intel IA-32 structure.  Does it mean that the Intel
64 bit cpu is an emulation and it is not actually working on 64 bit by
hardware?

Up until a few weeks ago I could use my USB Stick on this XP Home SP2
computer. Nowadays I can´t, when I plug it in a bubble pops up saying
something like "Could not recognize USB device" and in the device manager it
shows as "Unknown USB device" :(

I was trying to repair my Windows XP on my laptop with the CD when the
