xp stopped recognizing cd-rw's several weeks ago. It showed i
properties things like size 1.2 mg. no available space. I found
workaround by turning off and then on recording in properties. Othe
burning software works fine so this is definitely an xp problem.

the case. It would be preferred to be a 2.5" drive since portability will be

     I recently bought a 1.8" Hitachi hard drive. I also got a Macally
USB enclosure. My problem is, whenever I try to plug in the hard drive
it takes about 15 minutes to "autoplay" and then finally shows up in my
