xp stopped recognizing cd-rw's several weeks ago. It showed i
properties things like size 1.2 mg. no available space. I found
workaround by turning off and then on recording in properties. Othe
burning software works fine so this is definitely an xp problem.

Is there a chkdsk.exe that can be run from dos on a ntfs?
I need to run another chkdsk other than the one that is
on the WindowsXP setup cd.
