An HP Laserjet 4 printer was returned to us from an outlying office, not used it years. I found drivers at HP for Windows XP, and was able to print a test page. What is the difference between a HP Laserjet 4 and a HP Laserjet 4 PS?

All of a sudden her USB interfaces no longer work. They were working about 3 weeks ago but she doesn't remember if she did anything (all Windows Updates are up to date). To test it, I just inserted a couple USB thumb drives and they were not recognized by Windows.

I have created a huge project to be run from a DL DVD-ROM. I want to access everything directly from the drive, no installation. Opening files and navigation is EXTREMELY slow even though the vast majority of files are simple.

I had to install a new IDE hard drive on my Dell 4300. The old drive was c: - the new one appears as F: I am sure that both didks have "cable select" jumper set. Any reason why this would happen?

I'm having problems with my newly bought Xcraft RX-3HU USB2 enclosure. I fitted a new Seagate 250GB Ultra ATA100 hard drive (ST 3250820A). My system runs WinXP SP2 and the USB2 is integral to the motherboard. On boot XP sees the drive fine.
