I have added an external drive to my PC. However, this drive has been formatted under Linux and I cannot see it from Windows Explorer in order to format it for Windows. How do I "see" this drive and what do I need to format it? I am running Windows XP SP2.

All of the sudden my printer will not print and I am getting "Code 10" errors. The device manager shows both COM1 and COM2 are having issues and it appears they are having IRQ conflicts but I manually changed them and I still have errors. ANY IDEAS???

My No2 PC has a MB that is antequated and needs replacing. It is running XPHome SP2. It seems many of the newer MB's have SATA capability. This PC has 2 EIDE HDs and a CD/DVD player and CD Burner connected to EIDE1 and 2 and an AGP graphics card.

I'm building a new PC to put Vista on. It's Intel core duo 6300 with ECS P965A-T mobo. To check it out I put XP Home on it just so I could make sure it's working. It installed XP fine and I have done all the upgrades thru SP 2 and a zillion others from the MS update web page.
