When I place a CD/DVD in my Drive, it is not beig recognized. That CD struggles sometime making some noise in the Drive and there after it shows that D Drive is having 0 bytes. I had deleted it from the Device Manager and even after that it's creating the same

I recently installed a bluetooth USB adapter to talk to my phone, I wonder if it a good idea to allow it to receive connections from the internet?? I can't think of a reason, however I'm new to bluetooth and this adapter. also still trying to figure out how to talk to the phone.

i have read in an xp course that the system disable the cache when it send data to movible disk, this will make sending the file more slowly but more sure, how is it possible ?
