I need to wipe our sons computer drive and reinstall windows xp. do you have instructions on how to do this. It has already been done but, for some reason there is a C drive and an E drive and E if full to the max and C is 1/2 full.

I have a hp 300i comes up as a cd rom and will not read anykind of dvd .It keeps using a driver that cam with my xp pro sp2 .Also windows lists it as the wrong dvd drive it comes up as a 300n. Thanks if you can help

I have a problem with one office PC. For some unknown reason the pc drops the scanner drivers on each shutdown or reboot. If I unplug the USB cable, and go into the device manager and delete the drivers reboot, connect the scanner, pc finds the drivers and all is well
