I have a Sony Vaio and I apparently have a C & D drive.  I need to free up
space on the C drive and the D drive has 17 GB of free space.  How do I
utilize this D drive and why do I have 2?  Not very computer savy!

i was connected my IDE hard disk with another 2 SATA and all was working well

For some reason my USB devices have stopped working recently.
I have 3 USB Mass Storage devices (A WD Portable Hard disk, a PNY cheapo
Flash drive and a Sony MP3 player) and when any of them are plugged in my PC
stops responding immediatly.

I just reinstalled windows, put all the drivers back on and have all the
updates but some reason when I have anything connected through my USB ports
it always says they could perform faster and that I need a hi-speed USB host
controller.  I'm assuming that the ports aren't USB 2 ...

I've recently purchased the hard drive mentioned in the subject line,
