My wireless mouse just quit.  
Cursor is frozen.
Diagnostics say signal/power are fine.

Hi. This problem occurs across a range of hardware peripherals, not just
joysticks, but the most recent problem I have is in installing a USB Trust

Pc keeps shutting down randomly but it does not go the the normal shut down
procedure, instead it just crashes like someone switches off the power or
something.

I installed my old hard drive, just to get the old doc's and such off,
by using the cable and power from the cd/dvd drive....nothing.  I had
read in this group that this was a temp. option rather than buying an
drive enclosure.  I look at "my computer" and there is nothing there.

windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt
\windows\system32\config\system

when i start my computer it says windows whatever cannot be found. it says to
run my cd on first page. and press r. but i do that and nothing happens. It
was working fine one day and the next nothing. says it can't be found. can

I had all my data backed up on 2 hard drives.
I was switching from a desktop to notebook/desktop replacement.
I attached the drives to an external USB enclosure.

I bought flash drive. When I connect this flash drive (manufactured by
adata) to my Windows XP SP2 there is a new drive leter for feew second and
after that drive leter is delete.. and I don't have acces to this flash
drive. When I connect another (Kingston U3) everything is ok.. ...

I've just bought a new hard drive, Seagate ST3500630A 500GB, but I can't
make it to work properly. If I try to partition and format  with
DiskManagement, this message comes when the formatting is at 100% "Windows
