When i plug my USB thumbdrive in, it comes up and says your device is
installed and ready to use and the safely remove hardware icon comes
up too.  But I look in Control Panel and it isn't there.  I have found
posts with similar problems and tried a few things they recommended

Does anyone know what the consequences are if a PC user does not use the
"Safely Remove Hardware" little green icon feature in Windows XP ? Is there

1 Floppy disk, 2 DVD drive, 3 harddrives.
I  took out Floppy disk and add one more harddrive.
Evrything works fine. At boop up was showed exactly verything my computer

I have used it for a while and it has been good. Recently I've had
