I am using intellipoint 6.1 with my new Dell optical mouse under Windows Vista. When I assign "double-click" to the wheel button it has no effect except to turn off the button operation, even thought it appears to accept the assignment without an error.

XP SP2. Intermittently I will get this error upon boot up. If I insert the XP CD, once it gets to the point where it states "Press any key to boot from CD" I can remove the CD and the computer boots fine. I do not believe that this is a hardware error per se.
