I am trying to replace an 80G (Maxtor) HD with a 250G (Western Digital) HR. I
currently have two HDs on my system (1-80G, 1-250G (WD)). My problem is that

I have this samsung DVD writer coems with my HP A1630N. It does this
weired thing:
I burn a DVD-R disk(full of data) and put the same disk which was
writen by itself back to the driver. The machines takes more than 1

Can someone help please? When I try to stream video and the media settings
have detected WMP, I get sound but a green blank screen. I'm running WMP 11.
I have Googled and tried a few things. Nothing works. Everything else works
fine. Free of worms, trojans and virus.

My Raid 1 with two 160G harddrives. Is it possible:
1. replace ONE harddrive 160G by 320G. System will rebuild RAID and of couse
at this time Windows just see system harddrive C: only 160G.
2. Replace another 160G harddrive by 320G. Will System rebuild RAID ??? and

I have a Dell Dimension 4550, Windows XP SP2. Which came with a
pre-installed dvd read only drive, SAMSUNG DVD-ROM SD-616T , fireware F310.
On my machine I have Media Player 11, Nero 7. And I have other  applications
for backing up my dvds.

I've got data on a CD and it's somehow corrupt -- XP just won't read
it.  Don't know how much is there, but the burned part is only about
1/4".  I have CD Roller from eons ago and gave that a try -- it's
getting the data, but I get no progress report.  I let it run for 7

Hi,
I am required to use nokia 6230i phone as a modem. I can only used USB port
for the phone to act as a modem instead of using serial port since it is used
for PLC board.
