Due to several "blue screen", I decided to check the memory of my PC ( Mother Board: GIGABYTE GA-K8NXp-SLI with 2 x1Go Corsair XMS Platium series, this configuration has worked fine for more than 1 year). I made test with Windows Memory Diagnostic" (WMD) and MEMTEST86.

My friend's computer suddenly failed in the midst of him looking at a website. When we tried to get into check the CMOS settings, all the words appeared garbled. For example, "boot" is spelt "bont" or "Drive" becomes "Frive" etc. At first, we suspect something is attacking CMOS.

I have a MSI km4m-v AMD board that I wanted to upgrade the memory. I found a deal at Fry's for 2gb of PC3200. I thought I had 400fsb but turns out the MB supports up to 333fsb. I was reading that my MB supports memory at 2.5v. I was wondering if PC3200 w/400fsb will run

I'm wanting to install a new internal HD. I need to enter CMOS/BIOS to check some settings. When I boot, my options screen lasts only 2-3 seconds. I did see that DEL and ALT+F2 are options. Del took me to a dialog to select a boot-up device. Alt=F2 took me to Flash Bios.
