I bought an old computer. When I look at the processoir in system information

What does that mean? Does it have a pentium 4? Is it even a pentium

What happens is the command box launches long enough for me to see it, about
1/2 sec, and then closes.
Start->run->cmd->enter, and the box flashes and closes.
