I have a Dell Precision 370; 4 gb memory, 3 fixed SATA hard drives, four

Is it possible to copy/clone my XP Pro sp2 installation and files from my
IDE "C" drive to my new Sata "D" drive ?  I can not get the XP Pro sp2
installation to complete when I drive to install XP to the Sata drive...I am
