Can a video card designed to run on DX10 run on WindowsXP?  I know that DX10
is under Vista but I am reading to many problems with Vista.  I am looking
to buy the Powercolor XT2600.

When I restart my Dell PC via that option at the Start menu, it restarts
flawlessly.
Howver, if I choose the Turn Off option there, it will shut down , but fail
to resart if it had been off fro more than ~5 minutes.

works. He said that the L1 cache runs at about same speed as the
