When I select my caps lock key, the start menu come up.
Does any one know how to fix this?

the monitor I'm using is a DELL 2001FP 20" monitor and the display "stutters"

has corrupted.In this model there is no option of external Hard disk to
boot..I have tried of many option to boot by connecting external hard disk.

I am upgrading to a 500G hard drive and I have the original XP release cd/dvd
rom, before SR 1. Is there ANY way to get past the partition limitation of
137G without giving Bill even more of my money?? A patch or something so that
I can install a single 500G drive as my master?

Have Windows XP Pro.  New Dell Precision 490 with USB keboard.
After each restart, I have to go into Control Panel - Keyboard Properties
and reset the repeat rate setting for the keyboard.  It will not save the
setting.  Any ideas?

On our school domain I have a printer installed on the server and
shared to other computers via a script.  For some reason the printer
has different settings when it is installed on the workstation, than

Have two hard drives in a Windows XP OS PC, both drives have six partitions.
Total of"drives**"seen by XP is 15.
Drives(**partitions and dvd writers)are all partitions on both internal hard
drives and only one(first partition)on the external drive.

I am having problem with my audio driver. I have uninstalled it and rebooted
my computer. After rebooting my laptop during the installation it tells me
that it can not find wdmaud.sys and the path it gives is c:/windows\driver
cache\i386.

They are 3 files: .inf .cat and .icm
Now, the LCD screen shows in dev management a default driver (06/06/2001) as
pnp monitor device.
When I update it manually (providing the right path of course) the result is:

There are two system devices in the Windows XP device manager that say
"ACPI fan".   I have software that monitors the "ACPI thermal zone"
and gives the cpu temperature, but not the fan speeds.  Is there any
software that monitors the ACPI fans and gives the fan speeds?   I
