I have a USB Seagate portable drive with 120 GB.  Can Windows XP SP2
turn it off when it isn't in use?  At least when the computer is
hibernating would help.  This computer is in my bedroom and it is
helping keep me awake at night.

we are using files  from shared folder on the network in our company.
Sometimes any file does been deleted by users. But we could not recovery
this file. How can we recover?
Is there any options or settings? Or this is a bug?

On boot, I get this warning, and am prompted to hit F1 or F2.
But...the fan has not failed, nor is it blocked or running slowly.
The graphics card fan is after market and runs great also.

Whe I right-click one song to play it takes about six seconds to start Player
