I have a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro laptop. When I switch it on fan starts
then stops and nothing happens its like switching itself off the green light

   recently I had to replace the LCD monitor which is connected to my
laptop (Sony VAIO) via a dockingstation.
Although cable is connected (confirmed by the monitor status), the VAIO

I saw this Dell PC on Tesco Direct, for the price I thought the specs were
very good.
I sent the page to my friend, who said it is good for the price, but the low

I recently broke a 1.8 HDD on my notebook computer and lost all data on the
HDD.  I just got repaired from the supplier and would like to create a

On my nephew's computer (CRT) monitor, there is a purple color spot in the
upper left corner.  Is the monitor or the video card is going bad?  He has
his X-Box connected to the computer.

Having lots of problems with USB ports.  They refuse to work.  Want to try to
uninstall them in safe mode, then re-boot to see if XP (pro, SP2) will
install them correctly.  This was suggested in a posting about a year ago by
MowGreen.
