i found that i have this process running on my windows 2000 server.... and i
have not initiated any replication process?
does someone know what might be using this process?
i am not in a position to restart my server so i would appreciate a

My cd rom player will no longer read original cd's.  It will play my back-up
cd's but not the original application cd's  (the cd's are in good codition,
they were tested).

I'm having mega headaches trying to install a SATA HD and get it running.
My motherboard is a Gigabyte 915P MB -GA-8195P Duo (Pro), new about 2 ½
years ago - which initially had 2 Hitachi 160 GB SATA HDs set up in a Raid O
array.  These occupy two of the four SATA slots on the MB.

The motherboard provides 3 sockets for 168 pin SDRAM DIMMS and supports a
maximum memory size of 1.5 GB. Two DIMM modules of 256 MB each are already

It turns out I only have one IDE connector on this motherboard and a bunch of
sata connectors. Right now I want to get this PC up and running so I'm gonig
to use the old hard drive that I was using on my Dell 8300. This drive is a
Seagate Baracuda 7200.7 80 GB hard drive.

I just unstuck the CPU chip from the bottom of the heatsink. I had to use a
hair dryer. I just now cleaned both pieces off, and I want to know if I
should use arctic silver or thermal paste.
The chip and heasink are stock bought from Dell. The PC is a Dell 8300.
