I have an HP 4gb flash drive. It works fine on my computer at home but when i take it to work, the computer recognizes it but i can't open it or anything. all i can do is safely remove it. I checked the usb port and it says it works fine

I just installed XP on a 500 gb new hard drive. When installing xp formatted the drive with only the primary C:. Does anyone know if you can do extended, and if so, how? Do you have to setup in a config.sys file last drive?

I can read/copy the folder/files from the USB drive (thumb drive and USB hard disk), but when i try to create folder or copy a file, i am getting "Unable to create New Folder access denied" error. But in safe mode i can copy files/folders to the USB drive.
