Ever since I got a computer with XP, I've been getting these unwanted spam messages on Windows Messenger. About 95 percent of them are messages urging me to buy some program to stop getting these unwanted messages.

I continually receive the message when I sign on that I must verify my email address. It tells me to look in my in box for email and then click on the first URL. I don't have any message there. I am becoming frustrated with it.

I want to delete Win Msgr. This runs every time Outlook Express is opened and I dont know if it is neccesary to the for O/E to comunicate. I'm running Win XP and have tried adding/removing Windows components but with no joy.
