I cant send files over windows messenger. I can Recieve

Howdy-
I downloaded MSN Explorer 8.0 & MSN Messenger 6.0 today,
but now when I open Outlook Express it doesn't show my
online contacts in the lower left hand of the window as

Does anybody know how to get this to work?
I've tried adding custom program control for messenger, creating an expert
firewall rule to open everything, but it still doesn't work.  Only solution
so far is to get the other person to gimme their ip and i add that to my

I am trying to create a signature in Outlook that users can click on
to add me to there contact list. The only two methods I know of use
javascript or VB-Script. Neither of these work in outlook, most likely

Having trouble sending and receiving Voice and Video
through D-Link 604 gateway. I've turned on UPnP in
WindowsXP Home Edition and followed the instructions from
