how do I eliminate those annoying blue box popups at the

I have been trying Yahoo Messenger. Everything works pretty fine,

that are telling me that they are accessing my computer
through Windows Messanger, an I need to pay them to make
it stop.  Help.

Are they ever going to update the Windows Messenger? The
