For some reason, I double click on both the shortcut and the
executable itself and nothing happens.  I check the Windows Task
Manager to see if even a process of the program is running and nothing
shows up in there either.

to think of these as the same program, 6.0 being the upgrade, and being an
upgrade I thought windows messenger 4.7 or whatever it is, maybe 5.7 wouldnt

I cannot initiate a call using either service but I can
receive and chat with voice and video when I'm called. I
use another program call EYEBALL and have no problem.

Whenever I try to go to chat rooms using MSN 6, I receive a message to sign
in, it however does not happen with messenger 4.7. What could possibly be

I just installed windows messenger 4.7 and when I right click the messenger
