I have had the "run at startup" disabled, for Windows
Messenger, in both OE and Windows startup, but suddenly,
messenger is signing itself on to both machines, silently,
with no icon in the taskbar.

I saw on another post that Messenger doesn't support time stamping the
messages. Seems like a pretty basic and important feature. Any news if this
feature is planned for an upcoming release?

I have a webcam that I want to use together with Messenger to make audio-
video calls. So far, I thought that the solution was to get a firewall that
supports UPnP. But I've just understood that UPnP is already being replaced
by SIP.

I play online first person shooter games and I get pop ups

right-click a user, then select "View Profile", to see
their profile on the MSN Directory.  It seems Microsoft
