Cannot be heard with MSN Messenger 6.0 although no

I see this is a major issue.
I'm running XP Home. I had Messenger 4.7 until I got a
message warning of dire consequences if I didn't upgrade
immediately to Messenger 6.0.

Hi is it possible to have a user on another network

I have a fairly new laptop (less than 3 months old) with Windows XP

I disabled this program when I was using messenger 6.00 so as not to have
two version loaded in my notifications bar, but now I want to go back to
just version 5.00.  My problem is that now I can't get it to start at all,
I've uninstalled and reinstalled it again but nothing seems ...

My display picture randomly disappears when I log-in?
It is stored in "My Pictures" and I need to re-select it almost every
log-in, any ideas why this happens?

I'm using Win XP Professional and unable to set the user
accounts to insert the .Net password under manage
password.  Each time I use the wizard, it says Done but
nothing appears in the Manage password screen.
