I am being harrassed with messenger service popups from
www.destroyads.com, burnfat.com and others.  It appears
that windows messenger is a window for popups and I can

Does Windows Messenger 5.0 have the email notification
feature that 4.7 had? When I receive new email I am not

I updated 4.7 to 5.0. When I clicked on the "red X" in 4.7, the Messenger
window got closed, but the Messenger still stayed in the Systray (which
makes sense).
Now in 5.0, when I do the same, WM shuts down @_@

Hi,recently my connection using windows messenger
stopped. I even upgraded to 5.0 version to no avail.
Status reads that all systems stable and running.

Ive use msn messenger 6.0 on 2 computers behind a dlink
di-604  (Upnp enabled). On one computer voice does not if
QoS Packet scheduler is Installed or enabled in my
network properties but on my other computer it works

I had removed Windows Messenger 4.7 from my system, but
now I need to re-add it back to use as a video
conferencing tool.  When I try to re-install it, it never
launches when I try to run.  I tried using the Add/Remove
