Working with XP Home SP1 with all the updates!
I just downloaded the new version of MSN Messenger 6.1
and have now noticed in Add and Remove programes list
that there are 2 MSN Messenger programes, 6.0 with 5.34

I see that MSN Messenger 6.1 was just released and Windows Messenger 5 was
just released.  Could someone tell me the basic difference between Windows
Messenger and MSN Messenger?

I am getting this persistent pop-up asking me if I want
to upgrade to the latest version.   How do I get rid of

I have already disabled Messenger, but it still comes up

How do I get rid of the sidebar tabs in MSN Messenger 6.0?
Can't see an option within the program to turn it off or, am I missing

For some reasin I did not recieve an E-mail from Passport
Member Services so I cant verify my E-mail address on my

If there's one thing I can't stand, it's having a contact

Recently we upgraded many of our PC's with a ghost image
of XP. Then we attempted to install Windows Msgr 5.0. The
installer runs but when we attempt to launch we get the

i can't sign into my msn account for both my email and
messenger. It keeps coming up with 'Sorry, we could not
sign you in because the sign-in name you entered does not
exist or password is incorrect'. I've had this account
