Is there any way to, inside the company, know how long Messenger is Online, and in work (the user writing messages)... We have a MS network/domain with windows 200 server and Windows XP Professional in all the clientes, and they all use MSN 6.0

After I ran gpedit and supposedly disabled Messenger, Outlook Express started to load VERY slowly. I recall that there is a fix for this but I haven't been able to locate the instructions for how to fix it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I want to uninstall Windows Messenger but when I go to Programmes Add/Remove it doesn't appear to be there. It does appear on the startup menu and it is present and working. Very puzzled. How can I get rid of it please?
