I keep getting Window's Messenger pop ups to upgrade. I don't even use the program and I've deleted it from my hard drive. How do I get rid of these pop ups forever? This is new in the last month or so.

How do you eliminate the annoying notice of messenger updates when you do not use messenger nor want to use it. Each time a no answer is entered into the pop up, the pop up reappears anyway.

Can anyone help me ... I downloaded MSN 6.0 and now it won't sign in.. it says that I'm not connected to the internet... I have no idea what is wrong with it.. could it be XP?? HELP =)

When connecting in a video and/or audio link with messenger (windows or MSN), my computer can see and hear the other, but they cannot see or hear me. All local tests have been run, and the Audio Tuning Wizard is fine.

I've done some experimentation with XP messenger voice mode via public Wi-Fi networks. While it works OK on some, I have trouble on T-mobile Hotspots. No connection seems possible. I have UPnP installed and enabled on my XP machine, the other (non-wifi) end tests ok. MSN
