I readed Windows Messenger 5 was released. But when I try to download it in
french, I always get the same old release (4.7).
An explanation ?

After some cleaning up using PestPatrol etc, I now seem
to have lost backWeb.dll. The message I get (twice) when
I log in is:

i am trying to use the integrated camera on the tr2a with
messenger but the camera doesn't seem to be being accesses
by messenger.  I know the camera works ok by using the
sony tools, and I know that my router and firewall are

Hi, I have been trying to use the audio communication for
messenger but cannot get it to work bettween me and my
friend's computers (both XP). On occation I have been
able to talk to him but he has never been able to talk to

I just bought a new computer with Win XP Pro SP1 on it.  
It also came with WINDOWS MESSENGER.  Can I use this to
chat with people who are using MSN Messenger instead or

voice feature back from version 6.0.  I only connect with my sister via

Like Steve Bull, I have been plagued with countless

even tried installing them to make it go away but even

I have upgraded to MSN Messenger 6 and like it much better than Windows
Messenger. But, every time I log on to the internet Windows Messenger signs
in. I want to be able to use the remote assistance feature but can not use

tells me that my password is invalid, I have reset the password but that did
not work. I attempted to e-mail microsoft but it seems I need to be logged

I have a problem with MSN messager going through ISA
Server! My ISA Server operate as F/W and Proxy. and I also
setup proxy config. on MSN, but It still can't not go out!
