I get this error message each time I try to "make a phone

My email attachment in outlook have been there to see but
they are greyed out and will not open. I have recieved
them both with Norton AV on and disabled.

Just started up a new system and I am getting the window
to reply to verify my email address in messenger. I go to
the inbox and it is not there. I dont know if I deleted
