A couple months ago, the windows messenger started
popping up a box stating a newer version of messenger is
available. Do you want to install it? When I press no, it
keeps popping up. I can't get rid of it. I never use

Not sure where to start with looking for an answer to this.  Cant find anything at
all about profiles in the Help on msn windows xp messenger.
