How do I turn off the messenger service?
Or, how do I at least change the windows messenger
to MSN-Messenger?
Either way, how do I stop the UN-WANTED pop-ups?

I have both an hotmail and an msn address i can sign in on the hotmail fine but when i sign in on the msn address it connects me for a split second then disconnects me again.There has been no change I can think of within pc
they both have different passwords by the way,  any help ...

I`ve found when you go to change your name in options
and hold down alt and then press 0160 your name will
not be displayed just blank.....is there any other cool bugs
like this....;-)

Does anyone else have the problem where installing the latest (in this case
6.1) version of MSN Messenger over the one in XP already will leave the
older version running as a service?
The result is that the Messenger 6.1 gets logged out as the older service

This is really confusing to me I have set new identities
in Outlook Express by the time I add the third identity it
looks for messenger and runs in the background.  The main
identity or the second identity do not have this problem.

Sorry to ask this in this forum but I was hoping some Messenger expert might
have some insight on this.
Does anyone know the status of GameVoice?  Is it a dead product?  The
website "http://www.gamevoice.com" has not been updated forever.  The forums

The MSN service has been out for 4 days and the hotmail
was unavailable for part of the time . Hotmail is now
