Could someone please tell me how to completly disable
windows messenger.
The messenger in services does not effect it.

Hi I've recently upgraded me to xp.
Now when I launch messenger, and other programs, the
icons in the program do not display properly. Like in
messenger, the bullets beside my contact and the folders
