All other versions of Windows use winpopup.exe to send a
popup message to a workgroup BUT XP. I can receive popup

I have used the Windows component removal for Windows
Messenger and it still loads in the system tray.  I want
to remove Windows Messenger from my machine COMPLETELY
and I cannot find any way to do this.
