I inadvertently clicked on the @sign ne in Automatically' check box. Now when I open Win Msgr the user name appears unrpompted. I don't want this and would like to remove it. I have cleared the user name under Settings/Control

I have just started to use video conferencing with Messenger 6.1. It works but there are some minor problems:- 1. There is a delay between the sound and the video. 2. The sound often cuts out momentarily.

I can't seem to sign in on my windows messenger. Every time I do it tells me that service is temporarily unavailable...so I retry and retry and retry. My net passport works and when I go to help it tells me my service is working fine. So why can't I sign in?
