I'm running Windows XP Pro SP1 w/ MSN Messenger 6.0. My problem is that
I'm never shown as away when I'm not in front of my computer, it always
says that I am online. So people send me IM and expect an answer, but
they don't know that I'm not in front of my computer.

When i try to sign into msn messenger i get an error box saying 0x80004005 does anyone know what this could be, i also cannot use secure sites and my computer will not allow me to enable my firewall connection all of these must be linked

MSN Messenger.  Windows XP.  Dial-up account.  New Athalon Computer.
New Logitech Orbit webcam with built in microphone.  (on par with a
Logitech Pro 4000, I would guess, but with built in tracking) .  The
Video works fine two ways between me and a friend.

Anyone know if there is a problem with Service Pack 2 and MSN Messenger 6.1?
I can connect with a friend who is a "Tester" for SP2, but no audio or
video, when before no problems.

I have a Logitech Quickcam 4000 that has the microphone
included. Microphone picks up fine with Logitech
software. Messenger camera works fine but microphone

Every time I try to open a pdf file - the windows installer opens and tries
to install WM 5.0 - any ideas?
