How can I remove msn 4.7 from my XP machine.  Last year I
was told how by typing something in the Run command which
deleted some thing from the registry, but unfortunatly I

audio conversation my system restarts. have checked for
hardware conflicts. don't know what is going on...

explorer I continuously get (every 30 seconds or so) the
following message:  "Windows Explorer has encountered a
problem and needs to close".
