After running Spybot my MSN 6.1 audio is not working any
more. I went back to a previous restore point but still
not working. I removed and installed again 6.1 and

Just upgraded Windows Messenger to ver 4.7.2009 (not that I had any choice in the matter)
When I start OE, Messenger sits in the tray "Not Signed In" and after a period of time (not sure, maybe 20-30 minutes) I will look down and see that it has "Signed In" with NET Passport

What is the difference between Windows Messenger and MSN

am having problems with connecting with msn messenger 1.6

OK this is annoying to death.  All of a sudden my Messenger crashes.  It
happens a lot.  I am running Win 2000 Pro, 144 meg ram, AMD 450 processor.
Running Messenger 6.1 and it happened with 6.0 as well as 4.7??
Any ideas?
