I have two separate email accounts with hotmail. One of my accounts allows me to sign in to Windows Messenger, but when I try to log in under another account I get, "Service failed because the service is temporarily unavailable". How can it work for one and not the other

Apparently, windows messenger has some rather crude pop-
ups. Every time I get online, I recieve more on any kind
of material, ranging from SEX pills to avoiding pop-ups
and I'm sick of it. I want to get rid of it or messenger
