No video picture received on my PC. Sound only. No sound on other PC. Video only. Both XP, not networked, firewalls are both UPnP complaint, Zone Labs ZoneAlarm not running. Any other explanation???

A guest signed on to my computer to chat and now I receive notification that he has 15 emails (Hotmail). I cannot access this account to delete the emails. How can I delete these emails and the guest accout?

I cannot delete 'all' of the people from my 'block' list in msn Messenger 4.7 Why cant I delete some of the people on my block list? The 'delete' function is 'whited' out and not an option.
