I have a Philips Web Cam that works fine with Netmeeting it also will work in the MSN Wizard when setting up the cam. But when I connect and try a cam connection in MSN it will not work ????? Anybody have any ideas on how I can solve this problem? I have WIN XP Pro

I have Windows XP Home and was using Windows Messenger 4.7 until recently. I had to upgrade as 4.7 kept shutting down on me and my online contacts would never show up as online. I have upgraded to version 5.0 now.
