hi, any help on this will appreciated.
here's the problem. I uprade windows messenger from
version 4.6 to 4.7. I can log on windows messenger fine.
From what I heard and know, windows messenger is not

Just noticed that MSN Messenger icons that are normally on the left side are
missing.  When did this happen or is it just me?  I just redownloaded and
Repaired and still missing.

the messenger icon on task bar pops up occasionally with
the following: "you have signed in to messenger on

How do I disable messenger on start up?
I have tried all the normal ways, through control panel etc. but messenger
doesn't show up in services.
I can't even seem to unistall it - it doesn't appear as a listed program.
