i was not sure where the best place to post this was, but
I cannot get the microphone to work in voice
conversations.  People can hear me but I cannot hear them.

I installed Messenger 6.2 and now it doesn't work with my
Norton Firewall 2002.  If I disable it, it works fine,
and Messenger 6.1 worked just fine with my firewall
turned on.

Does anybody know if there is a way to automatically save logs of all IMs in Messenger?  Yahoo Messenger does this, so I'm wondering how this is done in MSM

Help. Everytime I start my computer Messanger pings and has a little
balloon that says I have messages from HP Service but when I go to
look there is never anything there. I have used HP Service in the past

Can't log ontyo windows messenger using my pasport passwork which works ok with msn messenger.  Error message says passwork wrong or log in name doesn't exist but it worked until I attempted to up grade to widows messenger 5.0
