My father has no interest in having Messenger on his
PC ... how does he delete it?  XP won't alllow him him to
delete the file Messenger.  Keeps getting an "access
denied" type error.  Please advise.

I have MS Messenger 4.7 and also a Netgear MR314 router.  
I can CHAT with ms messenger - but cannot use whiteboard,
remote assistance or file transfer.  Says files are being
blocked.  I see the little tiny window with an icon for

I was having sign-in problems with Messenger - it would all of a sudden not
recognize my email address and/or password.  It was recommended that I
completely uninstall in and reinstall.  I used the RUN command to uninstall
and reloaded 5.0 from scratch.  The problem went away and ...

when sending a file to somebody, the first 50-60 k is ok but after that the

appears "if you are experiencing slow transfer rates" and its soooo slow..
